DRC Documents and Forms

The Design Review Committee [DRC] was established by the Heron’s Roost (Rockport) Property Owners Association [POA] to help maintain the beauty and integrity of the community, and protect property values for all homeowners.

The DRC has broad powers to consider modifications to exterior paint colors, building materials, hardscapes, and fences.

All requests for exterior modifications or construction MUST be submitted to the DRC for approval prior to commencing work. Submit your requests using the below forms along with all necessary documentation.
